The 15th International Conference on Internet (ICONI 2023) will be held on December 17-20, 2023, in Hochiminh, Vietnam. The primary goal of the conference is to provide researchers, practitioners, and students with the platform to share leading-edge knowledge and ideas in Internet Computing and related areas. Submitted papers will be subject to a double-blind review process. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Additionally, extended and revised versions of a short list of the papers presented at the conference will be selected for publication in a special issue of several international journals indexed by SCIE, SCOPUS, and ISI-Web of Science. Please come join us for ICONI 2023 whether you will be visiting Hochiminh, Vietnam in person.

1. Conference Paper and Workshop Paper Publishing
All accepted conference papers and workshop papers will be published in the conference proceedings of ICONI 2023. When submitting a full paper (at least 3 pages, not exceeding 6 pages) or a short paper (1 page), authors should refer to ICONI 2023 template in MS-word format form.
2. Poster Publishing
All accepted posters will be published in the conference proceedings of ICONI 2023. Authors should submit a short paper (1 or 2 pages in length), and refer to the format form, which can be downloaded from the ICONI 2023 website.
3. Journal publishing
Of the only full papers presented at the ICONI 2023 conference and/or workshop, top quality selected full papers will be published, after further revisions, in the following international journals.
• KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems (indexed by SCIE)
• Journal of Internet Computing and Services (indexed by KCI)
4. Best Paper Award
TThe Best Paper Award will be distributed during the conference closing session. Authors should submit a full or a short paper to be eligible for the award.
