ALL of the authors of the submitted paper MUST be current paid membership of the KSII before the review of the paper is started.

Unless any one of the authors is current paid membership of the KSII, the submitted paper will be REJECTED.

There is an exceptional case that authors need NOT be member of KSII: if authors are foreigner and work outside Korea, they don't need to be paid membership of KSII.

However, if the affiliation of an author in the submitted paper is Korean or Korea-based, he/she MUST be current paid membership of KSII.
